Ultradur B 4040 G3 HT BK5830 is a 15% glass filled, pigmented black, injection molding PBT. It is a resin for molding household appliances and equipment which must be resistant to chemicals and other media, and be capable of producing a excellent surface finish. In addition, some types of kitchen equipment have to with-stand high temperatures. B4040G3 HT's resistance to high sustained-service temperatures makes it a material of choice when things get hot. Internal testing demonstrates that the product meets the UL94 HB (0.8 mm thickness) flame requirements
